The short version
Bee Garden collects no personal data. There is no tracking, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDK of any kind, no account and no in-app purchase. Your garden lives on your device.
01Overview
Bee Garden – Spin To Bloom (“Bee Garden”, “the app”) is a single-player timing game for iPhone and iPad, published by Alfa Yalco (“the developer”, “we”, “us”). You spin a bee around a garden and tap when it reaches a glowing flower; each successful catch blooms into a garden that persists between rounds.
This policy describes how the app handles information. It applies to the Bee Garden app and to this website. It does not apply to the App Store itself, or to Apple's own services, which are governed by Apple's privacy policy.
The app is designed so that the developer never receives information about you. There is no server operated by the developer that stores player data, and no account to create.
02Data collection and use
Data Not Collected. The developer does not collect personal data from this app. No name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, photo, contact list, precise or coarse location, health data, financial information, browsing history, search history, device identifiers for advertising, or usage analytics are collected, transmitted, sold or shared.
Because no data is collected, there is no data to use, disclose, retain, or delete on the developer's side. Nothing is profiled, and no automated decision-making of any kind is applied to you.
This statement matches the App Privacy response filed for Bee Garden in App Store Connect, which is Data Not Collected, and the app's privacy manifest (App/PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy), which declares no tracking and no collected data types.
03Types of data collected
None. For completeness, the categories Apple uses to describe data collection are all empty for this app:
- Contact info — not collected.
- Health and fitness — not collected.
- Financial info — not collected.
- Location — not collected. The app does not request location permission.
- Sensitive info — not collected.
- Contacts — not collected. The app has no access to your contacts.
- User content — not collected. Photos, messages and files are not accessed.
- Browsing and search history — not collected.
- Identifiers — not collected. No advertising identifier (IDFA) and no identifier-for-vendor is read or transmitted.
- Purchases — not collected. There are no purchases to record.
- Usage data — not collected. No gameplay events, sessions or interactions leave the device.
- Diagnostics — not collected. No crash logs or performance data are sent to the developer.
04Tracking
There is no tracking of any kind. The app does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, does not build a profile of you, and does not link your activity to an identity.
No data brokers are involved. No advertising networks are involved. The app does not use the App Tracking Transparency prompt because it has nothing to ask permission for — no tracking occurs with or without consent.
The app's privacy manifest declares NSPrivacyTracking as false and lists no tracking domains.
05Third-party data collection
None. Bee Garden contains no third-party SDKs of any kind. Specifically, there is no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising SDK, no attribution or install-tracking SDK, no social login SDK, no A/B testing or remote-configuration service, and no data-management platform.
The app is built with Apple's own frameworks only. Apple's frameworks may interact with Apple's services as part of iOS itself — for example, when you choose to enable iCloud sync or Game Center, described in sections 11 and 12 — but those interactions are between you and Apple under your own Apple Account, and the developer receives nothing from them.
06App functionality and device data
The app needs to remember a small amount of state so your garden survives between sessions. That state is stored locally on your device, inside the app's own container, using Apple's UserDefaults storage:
- Gameplay progress — blooms collected, garden layout, Daily Garden and weekly mission state, Journey stars and unlocked bee styles.
- Settings — chosen difficulty mode, appearance (light or dark), sound and haptics preferences, and accessibility options.
- A local flag recording that the first-run introduction has been seen.
None of this is personal data, none of it identifies you, and none of it is transmitted off the device by the app. It is not readable by the developer. Deleting the app removes it.
The app's privacy manifest declares this storage under the required-reason API category for UserDefaults, reason code CA92.1 — access to preferences and app state within the app's own container only.
07Accounts
There are no accounts. The app does not ask you to sign in, sign up, or provide an email address, and there is no profile to create or maintain. Sign in with Apple is not used for gameplay, and no social or third-party identity provider is offered.
Because there is no account, there is no account data to export, correct or delete. Your progress belongs to the device it was played on.
08In-app purchases
There are no in-app purchases. Bee Garden is free, with no subscriptions, no currency, no loot boxes, no unlock packs and no advertising to remove. The app never presents a payment sheet and never asks for payment details.
09Advertising
There is no advertising. No ad network is integrated, no ad is displayed, and no advertising identifier is accessed. The app does not serve interest-based or contextual ads of any kind.
10Analytics
There is no analytics. The app does not measure sessions, retention, funnels, feature usage or gameplay outcomes, and does not send events anywhere. No third-party analytics service is used, and no first-party analytics are collected either.
11CloudKit and iCloud
iCloud sync is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, your garden progress is written to your own private iCloud database using Apple's CloudKit framework, so it can follow you between your own devices.
That database belongs to your Apple Account, not to the developer. The developer has no access to it, cannot read its contents, and does not operate any server that receives a copy. Apple's handling of iCloud data is described in Apple's privacy policy. Turning the setting off stops syncing; removing the app's iCloud data through iOS Settings deletes what was stored.
12Game Center
Optional Game Center reporting is off by default. If you enable it, scores and achievements are reported to Game Center under your own Game Center profile, which is managed by Apple and visible according to the privacy settings you choose there.
The developer does not receive your Game Center identity, your friends, or your score history, and does not run a leaderboard server. With the setting off, nothing is reported.
13User content and feedback
If you write a feedback note inside the app, that note is stored on your device. It is not uploaded anywhere, and the developer cannot see it unless you choose to send it.
If you choose to share a report — for example through the iOS share sheet — the app generates a plain-text report containing the note you wrote and basic app information such as the app version and your chosen settings, and hands it to the share sheet. Nothing is sent until you pick a destination, and where it goes is entirely your choice. The developer receives it only if you address it to the support contact on the Support page.
14Children's privacy
Bee Garden is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for all ages. The app contains no targeted content for children, no advertising, no purchases, no chat, no user-generated content sharing and no external links inside gameplay.
Because the app collects no personal data from anyone, it collects no personal data from children. There is nothing for a parent or guardian to review, and no verifiable parental consent is required because no information is gathered.
15Security
Your progress and settings stay inside the app's container on your device and are protected by the standard security of iOS — device passcode, Face ID or Touch ID, and the platform's file-level encryption and app sandboxing.
Because the developer stores nothing and receives nothing, there is no developer-held database that could be breached, and no server-side copy of your data to protect. Keeping iOS up to date and using a device passcode is the most effective protection for the local data the app keeps.
16Your choices
- Reset or remove local data — delete the app, or use the reset option in the app's settings, to clear progress and preferences from the device.
- Control iCloud sync — leave it off, or turn it off at any time in the app's settings; existing iCloud data can be removed through iOS Settings.
- Control Game Center — leave reporting off, or turn it off at any time in the app's settings.
- Ask a question — write to the support contact on the Support page. Since no data is held about you, there is no access, correction, portability or erasure request that the developer could act on, but every message is read.
17Changes to this policy
If the app's behaviour ever changes in a way that affects this policy, this page will be updated and the effective date at the top will change. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on the App Store, so you are notified the next time you update.
Because there is no account and no contact list, there is no email list to send a notice to; this page is the canonical, always-current version. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the policy as published at that time.
18Contact
Questions about this policy, or about privacy in Bee Garden, can be sent through the Support page, which lists the current support contact for the app.
Developer: Alfa Yalco. Effective date: 6 November 2026.
For App Review
This page is publicly reachable without login and is the Privacy Policy URL supplied in App Store Connect. It agrees with the App Privacy answer Data Not Collected and with App/PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy, which declares NSPrivacyTracking false, no collected data types, no tracking domains, and UserDefaults accessed under reason CA92.1.
