Frequently asked

Tap a question to open it. Everything here is written for players, not for lawyers.

How do I play?

Press Play, watch the bee circle the garden, and tap the moment it reaches the glowing flower. A clean catch blooms; the bloom is added to your garden and stays there between rounds.

There is no fail state and no timer counting down. A missed tap simply means another lap — the ring keeps turning.

What is the difference between Easy, Medium and Hard?

The three modes change the pace of the ring and the size of the timing window. Easy turns slowly and forgives a late tap; Medium is the intended rhythm; Hard is quick and tight.

You can switch modes at any time from the home screen. Progress in your garden is shared across all three.

The game is not loading, or the screen stays blank

Try these in order — the first two solve almost every case:

  • Force-quit the app (swipe up from the bottom of the screen and flick the Bee Garden card away), then reopen it.
  • Restart the device, then open the app again.
  • Check that iOS is up to date in Settings → General → Software Update.
  • If it still will not open, delete and reinstall the app. This clears local progress, so note your bloom count first if it matters to you.

If none of that helps, email support with your device model and iOS version.

My progress disappeared

Progress is stored locally on the device, so it is removed when the app is deleted, and it does not follow you to a new device on its own.

To carry a garden between your own devices, turn on iCloud sync in the app's settings. It is off by default and uses your own private iCloud database — the developer never sees it. If sync is on and progress still looks wrong, check that both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive enabled.

How do I report a bug or suggest a change?

Email the support address above with what you expected, what happened instead, and the steps that reproduce it. If the app offers a share-report option in settings, you can attach the generated report — it contains only your note, the app version and your settings.

Feature requests are welcome and read, though a small game keeps a small scope.

Does the app collect any data about me?

No. There is no tracking, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDK, no account and no in-app purchase. Progress and settings stay on your device, and iCloud sync and Game Center reporting are both optional and off by default.

The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Is there a version for other platforms?

Bee Garden is built for iPhone and iPad. No other platform version is announced, and this page will say so if that changes.

Accessibility: VoiceOver, larger text and reduced motion

The app ships with VoiceOver labels on every control, supports Dynamic Type for larger text, and honours the system Reduce Motion setting by calming the ring and bloom animations.

If something is hard to reach or hard to read, email support — accessibility reports are treated as bugs, not suggestions.
